These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of ContributionRecording.com. By using this website and its services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all information entered into your account, including contributor data, collections, and contribution records. You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
2. Data Use and Ownership
ContributionRecording.com provides tools to help organizations record and manage their own data. We do not verify, monitor, or claim ownership of the data you submit. Data ownership and responsibility remain with the account holder, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, please notify us promptly.
4. Service Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable operation, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance or service updates may occur from time to time.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ContributionRecording.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of data entered by users and are not responsible for data loss resulting from user actions, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Payment Processing
Subscription billing and payment processing are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.
Payment-related activities, including managing subscriptions and updating billing information, may be conducted through Stripe’s hosted Customer Portal. ContributionRecording.com does not store or have access to full payment card details.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are materially violated, if required by law, or to protect the integrity and security of the platform.
8. Modifications to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
